*grin* Sir Loins, seriously. It is absolutely kickass. The sign has "renaissance" text, with a mounted knight logo, and everything. It is just awesome. I actually have no idea if there were butchers in OH. I never actually looked, oddly enough. I found Sir Loins completely by accident, just by passing it on one of the major streets close to home. I so can't wait for that steak....*drools*
